Return Policy

At Oliver & Grace London, we strive to keep our customers fully satisfied. However, if you wish to return a product, please review our return policy carefully outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return once you have physically received the item.

  • Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention to return part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via Info@olivergrace.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Return the item entirely at your own expense, including any potential customs or shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at our return address and its condition approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect delivery address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
